All of Weatherbury’s flours are milled to order and available at our on farm pickup and by mail order.
The next on farm flour pickup is January 10, 2026.
Please order by December 29, 2025.
Mail Orders are due by December 29, 2025. Payments are due by December 31st. Orders will ship the week of January 12th.
Please Note: Due to the increased number of orders, beginning with July 2025 orders, all orders will be due 12 days prior to the pickup date.

Weatherbury’s Grain Tracker provides full traceability of our products from seed to bag!
Pictures of the grain in the field, information about how the grain was grown, facts about the grain itself, the products milled by Weatherbury Farm from the grain, and the health benefits of the grain are provided.
We are sold out of August and November 2025 Grass Fed Beef and 2025 Grass Fed Lamb.
We will begin taking orders for 2026 on January 1 2026.
Grass Fed Hamburger is not currently available.
When available, the hamburger can be picked up at our monthly on-farm pickups. (Please order at our on-line shop.)
Certified Organic Flour and Grass Fed Beef — the heart of Weatherbury Farm
Local, Delicious, Nutritious and Sustainable
At Weatherbury Farm we grow certified organic grains (soft & hard winter wheat, hard spring wheat, oats, rye, buckwheat, spelt, einkorn, emmer, and open-pollinated corn) and mill them into organic flour. Organic oats, einkorn and spelt, which are rolled, and beans (black turtle, small red merlot and navy beans) are also available. Oats, spelt, emmer and einkorn are also offered as berries. With our Grain Tracker you can trace your flour, oats and beans to the field where they were grown. Weatherbury Farm also raises grass fed & finished beef and lamb.
Our mission is to heal and sustain the lands we farm naturally using grazing, crop rotations and organic farming methods. Weatherbury Farm was awarded the 2012 Sustainability Award by Pennsylvania Certified Organic and was recognized in 2017 as a gold level Southwestern Pennsylvania Sustainable Small Business by Sustainable Pittsburgh.
Our goal is to sell our products directly to the public so people can know their farmer.
Beginning in May 1992, Farm stays were offered to educate about farming (with an emphasis on organic). In August 2017, we paused our farm stays to focus on organic farming and milling. Folk music jams are also held.
