To place a mail order for September:
As all shipping quotes are done manually, please submit your order to be quoted by September 9th or earlier.
Please remit payment for mail orders by Wednesday September 11, 2024 as we will begin milling September 12.
Orders will be mailed the week of September 23, 2024.

When your email is received, we will calculate the best shipping alternative and respond with a total including shipping.

For smaller orders, USPS Parcel Select Ground Cubic:
The 10″x10″x10″ box can hold up to 3 five pound bags or 6 two pound bags or a combination of the two not exceeding 12 pounds (e.g. 2 five pound bags & 1 two pound bags or 1 five pound bags & 4 two pound bags.) The shipping cost varies by distance from the farm. Rates range from $6.99 for addresses within 150 miles to $14.25 to California. These costs are less expensive than USPS Prepaid boxes. We have been using this method since 2021 and it seems to be working well (fingers crossed).
For shipping orders of bags larger than 5 pounds, we use UPS:
Our large UPS box holds a twenty five pound bag.
Our extra large UPS box holds a twenty pound and a twenty five pound bag. Due to UPS surcharges, we cannot send a 50 pound bag. It is about 45% less expensive to send t0 twenty pound and a twenty five pound bag than two twenty five pound bags.
UPS charges are also based on distance — the farther you live from Weatherbury Farm, the more expensive UPS shipping charges will be.

Weatherbury Flour By Mail Order Form
All flours are milled to order Requests for a mail order quote must be received at least twelve days prior to the on-farm flour pickup date.
Payments must be received 10 days prior to the pickup date; the order will be shipped the week after the pickup date.

We have been overwhelmed with spelt orders and have as many as we feel comfortable milling this month. We have quite a lot of spelt, but only so many hours in the day to clean it, dehull it and mill it!
** Spelt, Emmer & Einkorn need to be hand sorted before we can sell them either as berries or as roll them as flakes. So, we will be limiting orders to 5lbs/person/order. Thank you for your understanding.
